Taj Food World

We are located in Krystal Plaza, which is Sco-20-21 in Jalandhar City. It’s over in Chhoti Biradri, right near Pims Medical College. Being near a college means we see a lot of students and doctors. They are always in a hurry. Taj Food World is our little corner of the 144001 area. It’s a busy plaza. There’s always someone looking for a parking spot and getting frustrated. We spend our days behind the counter. It’s not a glamorous job. We handle the stock and talk to the customers. Sometimes the deliveries are late and we have to apologize for things being out of stock. We don't have a big corporate manual on how to talk. We just speak like normal people. The shop isn't huge, but we make it work with the space we have. Jalandhar is a good city to be in. We’ve been in this plaza for a while now. You get to know the other shop owners around us. We share news and complain about the weather together. It’s a small community. We don't use big words to describe our food or our service. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. If you’re near Pims, you’ll likely pass by Sco-20-21. That’s where you’ll find us, just doing our daily routine. We keep the shelves lined up as best we can and wait for the next rush of students.
