You can find Savitri Agro Pvt. Ltd. in the Dharampura Bazar, right across from where Ajit Arts is located. It is a very central spot in the market. There is always something going on outside our door. Being an agro business, our space is often filled with bags of seeds, fertilizers, or different types of grain. It depends on the season. The air has that earthy smell of agriculture. You just get used to it. Our shop is quite narrow. We have to stack the bags high up against the walls to make room for people to walk. There is an old wooden counter. We sit there and talk to the farmers who come in from the surrounding villages. They usually have a lot to say about the weather. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. We just have the products stacked where they can be reached. The floor is made of old stone and it is worn down. Sometimes the street outside gets blocked by tractors or delivery carts. It makes things a bit chaotic, but that is part of being in the bazar. We spend our time checking the inventory. We make sure the orders are ready for pickup. It is a simple, honest way to make a living, and we have been in this same spot for many years now helping out where we can.
