We are over at Room No 13 in the PPR Mall, specifically on the 124th floor. Being on Mithapur Road means there is always a lot of traffic and noise downstairs, but it’s quieter up here. We’ve been working as real estate promoters and developers for a bit now, and most of our day is spent talking to folks about land and new projects. It isn’t a huge office, just enough space for a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We don't have those fancy presentations or glossy brochures you see with big firms. We mostly rely on word of mouth and the work we’ve actually finished. Sometimes the lift in the mall is slow, so we end up taking the stairs which is quite a climb if the number on the door is right. Dealing with property around here involves a lot of back and forth with different offices and making sure all the papers are in order. It’s a lot of detail work that people don't always see. We try to be as clear as possible when explaining how a development is going to look. There’s always some new challenge with the local regulations or the weather, but that’s just part of the job. We enjoy being part of the Mithapur Road community. It feels like we’re actually doing something useful when we see a project come together from just a piece of dirt to a proper building. We just keep our heads down and work.
