Sujata Construction Pvt. Ltd. is based on Old Hoshiarpur Road, right opposite Octroi Post No. 3 in Swaran Nagar. It is a spot that most people in the area know because of the old post. The road is usually quite busy with trucks and cars heading toward Hoshiarpur. Our office is a simple building that faces the main road. Inside, it is mostly just us working on various plans and checking on schedules. We have been at this location for quite some time, so the local shopkeepers all know us by name. It is not a fancy setup with glass walls or anything like that. We have some sturdy furniture and a few computers that have seen better days. The dust from the road tends to settle on everything, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up. Swaran Nagar is a decent place to be located because it is easy for our crews to reach us from the main highway. We do not use any big words to describe what we do. We just come in, answer the phones, and look over the paperwork for the current projects. It is a practical workplace for a construction company. Sometimes we sit outside on the chairs when the weather is nice just to get away from the screens for a bit. We do not have a marketing team; we just let the work we do from this office speak for itself. It keeps us busy enough.
