We are located at Shop No. 209 on the first floor of the Sahota Complex. It’s right opposite Hotel Residency and very close to the bus stand on Garha Road. Being on the first floor means we get a bit less noise from the street, but you can still hear the buses honking all day long. The office is usually filled with stacks of files and folders because immigration and education paperwork involves a lot of documents. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks, filling out forms, or talking to students and their parents. It’s a lot of detail-oriented work, and we have to be careful not to mix anything up. The Sahota Complex is a busy building, so there are always people moving through the hallways. Our space isn't huge, just a few rooms with tables and chairs for people to sit and talk. We have a small water cooler in the corner that everyone uses. Sometimes the printer jams right when we are in a hurry, which is a bit of a headache. We aren't a big corporation with fancy uniforms; we are just regular people helping others navigate the process of moving or studying abroad. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we stay focused on the paperwork that comes across our desks every day. We just try to get everything filed correctly before the office closes for the night.
