Rashi Foods & Spices Pvt. Ltd.

Rashi Foods & Spices Pvt. Ltd. is based out of House No 140 at Durga Chowk. It is a busy area, and the house itself has been part of the family for a long time. We converted part of it into our workspace so we could manage the food and spice business more easily. Durga Chowk is a landmark that everyone in the neighborhood knows, so we never have to give long directions. Inside the house, it is a bit of a maze with bags of raw materials in one corner and the grinding machines in another. The noise can get quite loud when everything is running at once, but the neighbors are used to us by now. We are a private limited company on paper, but in reality, it feels more like a home kitchen that got a bit out of hand. My wife helps with the accounts and I handle the deliveries and the staff. We don't have a fancy showroom or a place for guests to sit. Usually, we just talk to people standing on the porch or near the gate. The work is hard and it gets very dusty, especially when we are processing the dry spices. We just focus on getting the orders ready for the local shops that buy from us. It is a lot of manual labor, but we are proud to be working from our own home.
