Placement Co.

Our office for Placement Co. is located in Jalandhar, specifically at N. C. 137 in the Kot Kishan Chand area. Ashwani Malhotra runs the place, and we’ve been here for quite a while. It’s a local neighborhood, so everyone kind of knows everyone else. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a regular building where we handle our daily business. We spend a lot of time on the phone and going through different files. It can be a bit hectic sometimes when there’s a lot to do, but we just take it one thing at a time. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. We just rely on being here and doing our jobs properly. The office is pretty simple. We have a few desks and some cupboards for all our paperwork. In Jalandhar, people appreciate when you’re direct and don't waste their time, so that’s how we try to be. We don't make big promises or use polished language. We just look at what needs to be done today and we do it. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can keep track of everything ourselves. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand in Kot Kishan Chand. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living and we’ve gotten used to the daily routine of the place.
