Dream Weavers

Dream Weavers is our little operation based in Jalandhar City, specifically at Es 143 in the Makhdumpura area. Punjab is a lively place, and Jalandhar is no exception to that rule. We’ve been at this address for a good while, and the building has become quite familiar to us. We do a mix of things here, mostly focusing on helping people with their career paths and training needs. The office is a bit lived-in, with posters on the walls and piles of brochures on the desks. We don't have a fancy glass exterior or a modern lobby; it’s more of a place where you sit down and have a real conversation. The street outside in Makhdumpura can be quite narrow and busy, so there’s always the sound of scooters and horns nearby. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other well. We don't use corporate scripts when we talk to people. We just listen to what they need and see if we can help them out. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when we have a few people visiting at once, but we just pull up another chair. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being in the heart of the city where things are happening. We just take it one day at a time, working from our spot at Es 143 and doing what we can for the local community.
