You can find us at Pawan Light Arts, Shop Number 1 in the Ram Mandir Mohalla of Basti Sheikh. We are located in Jalandhar City, not far from the Chitta School. Our work revolves around lighting and decorative arts for various occasions. It is a niche business, but we have been doing it here in the mohalla for a long time. The shop is filled with different types of lights, wires, and equipment we use for our setups. It might look a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. We spend most of our evenings out at different venues, climbing ladders and stringing up lights to make sure everything looks right for the night. Jalandhar has a lot of festivals and weddings, so we are often out working when everyone else is celebrating. It is a physical job that requires a lot of patience, especially when a bulb goes out or a connection gets loose. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the technical side of things. We just focus on doing a decent job with the lighting so the event looks okay. People in Basti Sheikh know us well, and we usually get our work through local connections. It is a simple life and a simple business, based right here in our neighborhood near the school. We are usually around the shop during the day if someone needs to talk about a booking.
