Oxford Hospital

Oxford Hospital is located at Building Number 305Lajpat Nagar. If you know the area, you know it’s a crowded part of town. Our building sits right among the shops and other houses. It’s not a huge skyscraper, just a regular building that we’ve turned into a hospital. We have a small entrance that can be easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number 305. Inside, it’s a bit of a maze with narrow corridors. We keep the lights bright. The staff here is mostly local folks who have been around Lajpat Nagar for years. We don’t use any polished language to describe what we do. We just run a hospital. Some days the elevator is a bit slow, so we take the stairs. The waiting area is usually full of people talking or looking at their phones. We have the usual hospital smell of cleaning supplies. It’s a practical spot for the neighborhood. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a sign-in sheet and a bunch of rooms for patients. People come in with all sorts of problems, and we do what we can. It’s a busy life here in Lajpat Nagar. We are just one of the many buildings on the street, but we stay open day and night to keep things going. That’s just how it is at 305.
