We are based over in Jalandhar, specifically at 179/5 Avtar Nagar, right behind the T.V. Centre. Our name is a bit of a mouthful, New Age Consultants and Saundh Builders & Developers, but most folks just call us by the short version. We’ve been in this part of Punjab for a good long time now. The office is tucked away in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the T.V. Centre landmark. We handle a lot of different things, from consulting on projects to the actual building and development work. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even if the name sounds a bit more formal. There’s usually a pot of tea going and some maps spread out on the table. Jalandhar is growing fast and we’re just trying to keep up with the demand for new spots. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting there. Dealing with land and construction in Punjab has its own set of challenges, but we know the local rules pretty well. Sometimes we’re out in the field more than we’re in Avtar Nagar. It’s honest work and we take it day by day. We aren't interested in making big empty promises, we just want to get the development done right so people have a place to stay or work. It's just a few of us here doing our best.
