Nachday Punjabi Entertainment is out on Talhan Road in the Dhilwan area of Jalandhar Cantt. You can find us near the Dhillon Resort. Being in Jalandhar, there is always a lot of music and energy around. We focus on the entertainment side of things, specifically Punjabi style. This means a lot of dhol, dancing, and loud speakers. Our space on Talhan Road is where we keep the instruments and meet up before heading out to a gig. It’s not a fancy studio, just a practical room where we can practice and store our stuff. The road outside can get a bit dusty, especially in the summer. We spend a lot of time traveling to different resorts and halls for weddings. It is hard work to keep everyone dancing and happy for hours. Most of us have been doing this since we were younger, so it's just second nature now. We don't have a big marketing team. People hear us at one wedding and then ask for our number for their own event. That is how it usually goes. We like being near Dhillon Resort because it’s a landmark everyone knows. Jalandhar Cantt is a good place to be based for this kind of work. We are just a bunch of people who enjoy the local culture and making sure the music is loud enough for everyone to hear. It is loud and busy but we enjoy the work.
