You’ll find us down on the lower ground floor of Business Bay, right across from the Subway in Model Town. Jalandhar gets busy, but our little corner is usually tucked away. We spend our time looking at maps and booking tickets for folks who want to get away for a bit. It started because we liked traveling ourselves, though now we mostly just watch others go. The office is 182-R, and it’s got posters of places we’d like to visit one day. It’s not a big corporate setup. We sit around the desks, drink some chai, and try to find the best routes for people. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, which can be annoying. We don't use big scripts when we talk. If a flight is cancelled, we’re the ones on the phone trying to fix it. People from around the neighborhood stop in just to ask questions. We like the Model Town area because there’s always something happening outside. It’s a bit of a squeeze in here with all the folders and brochures, but it feels like home. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people see a bit of the world without too much trouble. It’s simple work and we enjoy the stories people tell us when they come back. We don't need a fancy lobby to do what we do.
