Devika Overseas

We are located at No. 62-L in Model Town. It is a bit of a nicer area than the industrial zones, with some actual trees and a bit of space between the buildings. Our office is in a converted house, so it feels a bit more comfortable than a cold warehouse. We have some desks set up in what used to be a living room. The windows look out onto the street and we watch the neighbors walking their dogs or kids going to school. It is a different vibe for an overseas business, but we like being here. The walk to the local market is short, so we go there for lunch quite a bit. Inside, it is mostly just us and our stacks of paper. We do not have a big staff, so it stays pretty quiet most of the time. Sometimes the courier guy stops by twice a day and that is about as busy as it gets. We have a small garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win in the end. It is a straightforward place to do business. We do not need anything too fancy to get our work done. Being in Model Town makes it easy for people to find us and the commute isn't too bad compared to other parts of the city. We have a small kitchen in the back where we keep our snacks and a big water cooler that gets used constantly when it gets hot.
