Espacio Contracts

We are located on Link Road in Link Colony, which is a place that stays pretty busy with traffic and people moving about. The office isn't much to look at from the outside, but it is where we plan out all the contract work we take on. There is usually a layer of dust on everything because we are always coming and going from different construction sites or project areas. We have samples of materials sitting on the tables and rolled-up blueprints that never seem to stay flat no matter how much we weight them down with heavy staplers. It is a bit messy, but that is how we work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or trying to figure out why a delivery is running late. Link Road is a good spot for us because it is easy to get to different parts of the city from here. When we are not out at a site, we are sitting here at the desks, trying to make the numbers work on the latest project. The chairs are a bit old and they squeak every time you move, but we are used to it and don't really mind. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know how to get things done without making a big fuss about things. It is hard work and the days are long, but we just keep showing up and doing what needs to be done.
