Kanda Neha Architect

Kanda Neha Architect is run out of House Number 40 in Newsodal Nagar. This is a residential area, so it is much quieter than being in the middle of the city. We have set up our office in a part of the house, which gives it a very relaxed and personal feel. We have been working from this location for a long time now, and many of the people in the neighborhood know who we are. The office has plenty of windows and light, which makes it a nice place to spend the day working on building designs. We don't have the typical sterile atmosphere of a commercial office building. It is just us, our desks, and our equipment. Working from Newsodal Nagar allows us to focus on the architecture without too many distractions. Most of our clients find us because they live nearby or someone they know told them to come to H.No. 40. We don't do any flashy marketing or use corporate jargon. We just talk to people like neighbors and try to help them with their projects as best as we can. Since it is a small operation, we handle every part of the job ourselves. You don't have to talk to three different people before you get an answer. It is just a simple, local business where we put in the hours and try to do good work.
