Jps Overseas is tucked away at 17, Ganesh Nagar in Basti Nau. It's a residential area mostly, so it's a bit of a maze to find us if you don't know the way through the lanes. We’ve been here for some time now, handling overseas orders from this small office space. The street can get a bit muddy when it rains heavily, but we're used to navigating it. Inside, it's mostly just us working on computers and talking to different suppliers. We don't have any flashy signs or a big corporate office feel. It’s more like a family-run kind of place where everyone knows everyone’s business. We spend a lot of time making sure the dimensions are right for the boxes because shipping overseas is very expensive if you mess up the size. The neighbors are nice, mostly families who have lived here for decades. We try not to make too much noise when the trucks come to pick up the stuff in the evenings. Sometimes the internet is slow and we all just sit around waiting for the emails to finally send. It’s not a high-tech operation, just a few people trying to make a living and keep things moving. We have a small storage space in the back for the items we’re sending out next week. It’s nothing fancy, just a practical space in Ganesh Nagar where we get our daily work done. No big meetings, just regular talk about logistics, packing tape, and delivery dates.
