We are located right on G. T. Road in Suranussi, which is a place that everyone around here knows. Hindustan Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd. has been at this spot for quite a long time. Being on the main road means there is never a moment of peace from the traffic. You hear the horns and the big lorries rolling past all day long. It's a bit of an old-school setup we have here. The walls are thick, but the vibrations from the road still come through sometimes. Inside, it’s all about the hydraulic systems. We have parts scattered across the benches and the floor usually has a few oil spots that won't ever come out. It’s a practical space, not a showroom. We get a lot of people stopping in because they saw our sign from the road while driving through Suranussi. Most of the time, we are just busy with the repairs and the assembly work. There isn’t a lot of time for sitting around. We have a small area in the back where we keep the kettle for tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. The staff are mostly local folks who have been in the trade for years. We aren't interested in making things look polished for the sake of it. We just want the equipment to work like it’s supposed to. It’s just an honest day’s work here on the G. T. Road.
