Hastshilpa Art Enterprise

We’ve been here at 103-104 Bombay Nagar for a while now. Khurla Kingra is a busy place, but we manage to get our work done in the middle of all that. It’s mostly just us focusing on the art pieces we handle every day. Some days the shop gets really dusty, and we spend half the morning just cleaning off the shelves. It’s not fancy or anything. We have some people who come in to help with the packing when things get busy. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful where we put everything. Sometimes boxes get stacked almost to the ceiling. We mostly just keep our heads down and work. If you walk past Bombay Nagar, you’ll probably see us moving crates around or talking to the delivery guys. It’s a lot of manual work, really. My hands are usually a bit stained from whatever we’re working on that day. We don't have a big office or anything like that, just the workshop area and a small desk where I try to keep the papers organized. Sometimes the fan makes a weird clicking noise, but we’re used to it. People around here know us as the ones always messing with wood and paints. It’s just what we do. We try to make sure things go out the door in one piece. It’s a simple life at Hastshilpa Art Enterprise, just keeping busy with the crafts.
