We work out of House No. 423 in Model Town. It’s a regular house, so it doesn’t look like a typical office from the street. We’ve set up the front room for our daily tasks. Most of our time is spent on the phone or going through files. It’s a bit of a quiet life here in Model Town compared to the city center. We like it because we can actually hear ourselves think. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. Usually, the mailman is the only one who stops by regularly. Our routine is pretty much the same every day. We start around nine, get through the lists, and see what needs to be followed up on. Sometimes the house gets a bit cold in the winter, so we have a small heater that we move from room to room. It’s not a fancy operation, just a few of us making sure the sales side of things stays on track. We've got a lot of ledgers and notebooks because we still like writing things down sometimes. It feels more solid that way. Model Town is a decent place to be based, very calm and the trees are nice in the summer. We don't do much marketing or anything; we just handle the accounts and the agencies that work with us. It's simple work but it keeps us busy. Having the kitchen so close is also a plus for lunch breaks.
