Goldkey Builders Private Limited

Goldkey Builders is located in the basement of building 179 over in Ranjit Nagar. It’s SCO Number 01. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler in the summer, which is a nice break from the Jalandhar heat. You have to walk down the steps to find us, but once you’re in, it’s just a normal workspace with a lot of maps and site plans pinned to the walls. We’ve been in this part of Jalandhar for a good stretch of time. The building is an old one, an out building really, but it serves our needs. Building things is a messy business, so having a fancy office never really made sense to us. We’d rather spend that time and money on getting the actual construction right. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard to park, but that’s just Jalandhar for you. We deal with all sorts of building projects. Some are small, some take up a lot more of our time. It’s usually me and a couple of others handling the day-to-day stuff. We don't have a marketing team or anything. Most people find us because they saw one of our sites or someone told them where we are. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy enough. If you’re ever near Ranjit Nagar, you’ll probably see our sign by the stairs. I guess you could say we prefer being under the radar while we focus on the work itself.
