We spend most of our time looking at plans or talking to people about where they want to build. It's not a huge operation, but we stay busy enough with the local projects. My desk is usually covered in drawings and coffee mugs. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and it suits us fine. People stop by to ask about plots or just to see what's happening in the neighborhood. We don't really go for the flashy stuff. It's more about getting the foundations right and making sure the walls are straight. Sometimes the supplies are late or the weather turns bad, but we just deal with it as it comes. It's hard work, but seeing a house actually get finished is a good feeling. We have a couple of guys who handle the promotions side of things, trying to get the word out about new spots we’re working on. It’s a lot of phone calls and walking around sites. We like being in New Model Town Extension because it's close to everything we need. If you need to find us, just look for the A47 sign. We are usually there from early morning until the sun goes down, drinking tea and looking over some new blueprints.
