Daily Needs Store

Being located in Vill.Dhilwan near the railway fatak means our days are timed by the trains passing by. The address is Post -Dakoha, Rama Mandi, on Talhan Road. It is a small community and everyone knows each other. We call it Daily Needs Store because that is exactly what we have. If you need some sugar or a bottle of oil or something for the kids, we usually have it sitting on the shelf. The shop isn't very large so we have to be smart about where we put everything. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once. When the railway gate closes, a lot of people wait around and some of them pop in to buy a snack or a drink while they wait. We have a small bench outside where people sometimes sit for a minute. The roof makes a lot of noise when it rains but we don't mind it much. It is just a normal part of being here. We don't have a website or any fancy advertisements. Word of mouth is how people find us, or they just see the shop when they are heading towards the Mandi. It is a steady life and we like being part of the daily routine for the people living in the village and nearby. The railway gate is like a clock for us throughout the day.
