People around Pandesara Gidc probably know where Surya Enclave is, right near the Jc Resort. That is where you will find us at Shop No. 82. We go by Food & Vegetable Hub. It’s a simple spot where we handle the daily stuff people need for their kitchens. Honestly, it gets busy in the mornings when the crates come in, but that is just how a vegetable shop works. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. It is just crates of greens and bags of potatoes stacked up where they fit. We spend most of our time sorting through the stock to make sure things look okay. Sometimes the floors get a bit muddy if it’s raining outside, but we try to keep it tidy. My cousin and I run the place most days. We started here because the area needed a solid place to get fresh things without driving too far. If you are walking past the resort, you can’t miss the sign. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in town, just a reliable one for the neighbors. It's mostly just about getting the produce out to people every day. We open up pretty early, usually before the sun is fully up, to get things ready. It's hard work, but it keeps us busy and we like the people who stop by to chat while they pick out their onions. Come by Shop 82 if you're nearby.
