Banaca Exports

Banaca Exports is located in Basti Sheikh, right in the Ghas Mandi area. It is an old part of town with narrow lanes and a lot of history. We have been working out of this spot for years, dealing with exports. The market is always alive with people buying and selling, and we are just one part of that big puzzle. It gets pretty loud with all the rickshaws and vendors, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our office is not much to look at, just a room with some chairs and a lot of files. We focus on getting the goods packed and sent out to wherever they need to go. It is a lot of coordination and phone calls. Sometimes things get delayed at the docks or with the transport, and we have to scramble to fix it, but that is just the export business for you. We do not have a big team, just a handful of us who know the ropes. Most of our neighbors in Ghas Mandi are doing similar things, so there is a sense of community here. We share news about prices and shipping over tea. It is a grounded way to work, being right here in the heart of the Basti. We do not try to sound like a multinational; we are just a local business doing our bit in the market every single day. We keep our doors open for anyone who needs to talk business.
