4Someites An Off Shoot Of Kalsi Group

We are based at House No 311 in the village of Daroli Kalan, which is in the Jalandhar district of Punjab. This is where 4Someites, which is an offshoot of the Kalsi Group, does its work. Being in a VPO (Village Post Office) location means things are a bit different than being in a big city center. It’s a lot more grounded here. The office is basically a house, so it has a very personal and local feel. We don't have a big HR department or a glass-walled conference room. We just have a few rooms where we manage our business and stay in touch with the rest of the group. Daroli Kalan is a quiet place, but we keep busy with the daily chores of running the company. Most of us are from around here, so there’s a real sense of community in the way we work. We aren't interested in sounding corporate or using big words. We just handle the tasks that come our way every day. The atmosphere is very relaxed but productive. You’ll see people coming in and out, talking about the work over a cup of tea. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us connected to where we come from. We’ve been here at House No 311 for quite a while, and it serves us well for everything we need to do. It’s a simple life and a simple way of doing business in our local area.
