Micco is a unit of Gillanders Arbuthnot & Co. Ltd., and we are currently operating out of room 306 at the Hotel Suryansh. This is right on Jajpur Road in Orissa. It might seem a bit unusual to be in a hotel, but it works for us right now. Jajpur Road is a busy industrial area, so being right here helps us stay close to everything that is happening. The 755019 area is always humming with activity from the local industries. Room 306 is where we have our computers and all our files set up. It’s not a huge space, but it’s enough for the small team we have here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on spreadsheets at our desks. Since we are part of a larger company, we have plenty of administrative tasks to keep us busy every day. The hotel staff knows us well by now since we’ve been here for a bit of time. It’s a practical arrangement for this stage of our operations. There aren't any fancy lobbies for our specific unit, just the hallway and our office door. We handle the technical and industrial side of things from this room. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of documents to sort through, but we manage. Orissa has its own pace of business, and we fit right into that. We don't go for big speeches or polished presentations. We just do the work that needs doing.
