We are set up over in the New Industrial Estate in Jagatpur. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main city, which makes it easier for us to get things done. We deal with food processing here. It isn't a glamorous job by any means. Most of the day involves wearing hairnets and making sure the equipment is sanitized and running like it should. We have a small team of local folks who show up early to get the lines started. The building is a basic concrete structure, nothing special to look at from the outside. Inside, it's all stainless steel and the sound of packaging machines. Sometimes we have a bad batch and have to toss it, which is a shame, but we’d rather do that than send out something that isn't right. We don't do much advertising; most people just know us from being in the estate for so long. The road leading up to us can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we’re always mopping the entryway. We aren't some massive corporation with a board of directors, just a private company trying to make decent food products. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and repetitive tasks, but we like the routine. We just keep our heads down and focus on filling the orders that come through each week. Jagatpur is a good home for us and the commute isn't too bad for the staff.
