We are located in the Jajpur district of Orissa, which is really the heart of where all the action happens for our company. Being so close to the industrial belt means we are always right in the middle of things. The air has that metallic smell you get in steel towns, and there’s a constant flow of trucks on the roads nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle the logistics and the day-to-day operations. Most of the people working here are locals who have seen the area grow and change over the years. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure the production schedules are being met. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes it feels like we’re just pushing papers, but we know the factory depends on us. The weather is usually either very hot or very wet, so we spend a lot of time dealing with those extremes. We have a small canteen where we eat our lunch, usually talking about the local news or how the crop season is going. It’s a hardworking environment without any of the corporate polish you’d find in a big city. We just come in, do our jobs, and go home to our families. It’s a practical life, and we take pride in being a part of the local economy here in Orissa. It's a lot of work but it's okay.
