Santoshi Engineering

Santoshi Engineering is located in Udayabat, right across from the Hotel Paradip Inn. Being so close to Paradip Port in the Jagatsinghpur district means we are always around big ships and heavy machinery. Our workshop isn't a quiet place. There is usually the sound of tools, welding, or engines running. We handle a variety of engineering tasks that come up in a port town like this. It's greasy, hard work, but we enjoy it. The shop has been here for a while and we've seen the port grow and change. We don't have a front desk with a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us covered in oil or dust. We talk about the job, figure out what needs fixing, and get to it. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We don't bother with polished brochures or marketing. People find us because they have a problem that needs a practical solution. The air smells like salt from the sea and exhaust from the trucks. It’s a tough environment, but it suits us. We have a lot of tools and old parts scattered around, but we know where everything is. We take things as they come and try to finish the work on time so the ships can keep moving. It’s just us doing what we know how to do best.
