We are located over at the Paradip Refiner Projects, specifically inside the Indian Oil Corporation area. It is a big site, so finding our specific corner can take a minute if you aren't familiar with the layout. Petron Engineering Construction Limited has been part of the landscape here for quite some time. Mostly, we are surrounded by pipes, heavy machinery, and a lot of dust from the ongoing work. It is not the kind of place you come to for a quiet chat. Everything is about the project and getting things done on time. We have our small setup here because being close to the actual work makes more sense than being in some remote office. The weather out here in the district can be tough, especially when it rains and the ground turns to mud, but we keep at it. Most of the guys have been working in construction or engineering for a long time, so they don't mind the noise or the long hours. We usually have lunch together near the trailers. It is a practical way to live and work. There is always something that needs fixing or moving. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just maps and schedules pinned to the walls. It is work-focused and honest. People here know what they are doing, even if it looks like chaos to an outsider. It's a loud place to be but it's where the work is happening every single day.
