Jsl is located in Madhuban, Paradeep, specifically at Quarter Number 290 in the Gjai Colony. This is a residential area, so it’s much quieter than the actual port side of town. The office is basically part of a home setting, run by Jogendra Sahoo. It feels very personal here. You might see some laundry hanging nearby or hear kids playing in the street while we are trying to get our work done. We handle a lot of the local business needs for people in J.S Pur and the surrounding areas. The room we use is simple, with just the essential furniture and a computer. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a high-rise building. We prefer it this way because it keeps us close to the people we serve. People often stop by just to talk or ask a quick question about a project. We have a small porch where we sit sometimes when the office feels too small and the heat gets to be too much. The weather in Orissa can be a bit heavy in the summer, so the fan is always on high speed. We’ve been part of this colony for a long time, and everyone knows where to find us. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't use big words or complicated processes. If someone needs something, they just come to the door at 290 and we see what we can do. It's just us, working in the neighborhood.
