We are based out of Gopalpur in the Jajpur district. It’s a bit of a quiet spot out here near Dharmasala, but we keep busy with the manpower consultancy stuff. People around here know us as Asmacs. We spend a lot of our time looking through resumes and talking to folks who need work. It isn’t always easy balancing everything, especially when the internet gets slow or the weather in Orissa turns bad. We’ve been at this for a while now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the paperwork done. Some days it’s just sorting through piles of applications. Others, we’re on the phone all afternoon. It’s regular work, nothing too exciting to write home about, but it keeps the lights on. Being in a place like Porathamakhandi means we know a lot of the local faces. We try to help where we can with job placements and advice. It gets humid here, so the fan is usually running full blast while we type away. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us here in the office day in and day out. Sometimes the mail takes a bit longer to reach us because of the address, but we manage. We just do our thing and try to make sure people get where they need to go for their jobs. That is pretty much the daily routine for us at Ashutosh Manpower. We just keep things moving.
