At Zicom Electronic Security Systems Ltd, we are situated at F-1 in the Royal Plaza building. This is right in Vaishali Nagar, near the Arapali Circle on Gautam Marg. It’s a well-known spot in this area, so we get quite a few people walking in. We deal with electronic security, which usually means a lot of technical talk, but we try to keep it simple when we’re speaking with customers. The office in Royal Plaza is where we coordinate everything. It can get a bit hectic during the middle of the week. We have sensors and panels and all sorts of electronics lying around. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites around the city. Vaishali Nagar is a great area, always full of life and activity. Arapali Circle is usually buzzing with people. We’ve been at this location for some time and it feels like home now. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just want to make sure the systems we install actually work when they’re supposed to. If someone has a question, they can just come to F-1 and ask. We’re pretty straightforward about what we can do. It’s just us doing our jobs and trying to stay on top of the latest gear. We often end up staying late to finish up the paperwork for the day's jobs before heading home through the evening traffic.
