Yash Computers & Printers

Our shop, Yash Computers & Printers, is tucked away in the basement at 376 Chaura Rasta. If you know the area near Golcha Cinema, you know how busy it gets. Chaura Rasta is always full of people, bikes, and rickshaws, so being in the basement actually makes it a little bit quieter for us to get our work done. You have to walk down the steps to find us, and once you’re inside, it’s a different world from the street above. We have our computers set up and the printers are usually humming along with some project or another. It can get a little cramped when we have a lot of stuff waiting to be worked on, but we make do with the space we have. Being near Golcha Cinema is handy because everyone uses it as a landmark. We spend a lot of time under the fluorescent lights, checking screens and making sure the ink levels are okay. It’s a bit of a maze in this part of the city, but number 376 is a solid old building. We’ve grown used to the basement life, even if we don't see much of the sun during the workday. People from the offices nearby often drop in with papers or things they need fixed. We just keep our heads down and stay busy. It’s a humble setup, but we have everything we need right here in this little corner of the basement to keep the machines running and the work moving.
