Welcome Model School

Welcome Model School is right in the middle of Tonk Phatak, specifically in the Barkat Nagar area of Jaipur. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy the roads can get. Our school is at number 453, and it’s a spot that most people in the neighborhood are familiar with. We have been running things here for quite some time now. The building has several floors and the stairs are always getting a workout from the kids running up and down. We don’t have a huge campus, so we make the most of the space we have. The classrooms are filled with the usual stuff—desks, chairs, and charts on the walls that the students made. Our staff is a mix of younger teachers and some who have been here since the start. It gets a bit dusty because of the traffic outside, so there is a lot of cleaning to do every morning before the bell rings. We focus on the basic subjects and try to keep things organized despite the chaos of a school day. It’s not a fancy place with high-tech gadgets, but we have the essentials. Parents stop by the office frequently to talk about their kids or pay the monthly fees. It is just a regular school trying to do a good job for the families in Barkat Nagar. We stay busy from early morning until the last kid goes home and we lock up.
