Our workplace is in Jamdoli, specifically at Vidyadhar Nagar 303. It is a bit of a distance from the busier parts of the city, which we actually prefer. The building is fairly old and lacks any fancy features. We have our floor with a bunch of desks and some basic kitchen supplies for making tea. Most of our day is spent on technical work, which means long periods of quiet with only the sound of keyboards. We don't really do the whole corporate team-building thing. We just get along well and talk about our weekends or whatever we saw on the news. The commute can be a real hassle when it rains, but the rest of the time it’s just part of the routine. There is a corner in the office where we keep old hardware we might need again, though it mostly just sits there gathering dust. Our daily life is pretty set. We come in, start the day with some tea, and then work through our list of tasks. There is no pressure to dress up or act a certain way. We just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk all day. The neighbors are mostly quiet, which makes it easier to focus. It is a practical setup that works for us. We aren't out to change the world; we just make sure our work is done properly before heading home. It is a steady way to live and work in this area.
