You can find Vm & Associates at 403 Royal World, which is located on Sansar Chandra Road. It’s a pretty well-known road, so most people don't have a hard time finding the building. We are up on the fourth floor. Royal World is a busy commercial building with a lot of different people coming and going all day long. Because we are on the fourth floor, it’s a bit quieter than being right on the street level, which is nice for getting work done. Our office isn't anything elaborate. We have desks, chairs, and a lot of cabinets for all the paperwork we have to keep track of. It feels like a normal workplace where people are actually doing things. We don't have a big marketing budget or a team to make us look polished. It’s just us. Sometimes the elevator takes a while to arrive, so we end up chatting in the hallway. We have a small window that looks out over Sansar Chandra Road, and watching the traffic can be a bit of a distraction sometimes. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other tenants in the building. It’s a good spot for a business like ours because everything is central. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do our work properly and keep things moving. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours and we are comfortable here.
