Virtuoso Economics (Opc) Private Limited is located over at 48Saheli Marg. It’s a quiet area mostly, and our office fits right in with the neighborhood. Since it's an OPC, it’s a pretty small operation, which means I handle most of the stuff myself or with a little help from a part-timer now and then. Dealing with economics and numbers can be a bit dry for some, but I’ve always found it interesting enough to make a business out of it. The street outside gets a few people walking by during the day, but mostly it's just peaceful and good for concentrating. I spend a lot of time at my desk looking at data and trying to make sense of what’s happening in the market lately. It’s not glamorous work, and I don't have a big team of executives or anything like that. Just a computer, some files, and a lot of coffee. I moved into this space because I liked the feel of the street and it wasn't too expensive for starting out. Most of my clients are people who just need a bit of practical advice or some help with their financial planning. I don't go in for big speeches or fancy brochures. People just want to know the facts and how things affect them. Being on Saheli Marg makes it easy for folks to find me if they need to drop off some documents or have a quick chat. It’s been a good experience so far, even if some days are slower than others. I just keep at it.
