Vg Wishing India Foundation is located in Wazirpur, at the place of Babu Lal Aakodiya. The area is known as Patti, and the pincode is 322219. This is a rural part of the country where everyone is connected in one way or another. We aren't a big city foundation with a lot of fancy equipment or offices. Our place is really just a room in Babu Lal’s house where we keep our registers and meet people who come by. We started this because we saw a lot of small needs in Wazirpur that weren't being met by the bigger programs. Maybe a family needs help with a wedding, or a student needs a few books, or someone is sick and doesn't know where to go. We try to be the people they can come to for a bit of help or advice. We don't have a lot of money, but we have a lot of heart and we know the people here very well. Life in the village is about helping your neighbor, and that is all we are doing on a slightly more organized scale. We don't have a website or a logo designed by a pro. We just have our name and our location. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to work by candlelight, but the work continues regardless. It’s just us local folks trying to look out for each other in Wazirpur and make things a bit better.
