Indian Dog Lovers

If you look for us, we are near the Panch dev mandir on Sardar Patel Marg. We’re right by the Crystal Palm, so it is usually easy for people to find the place. Indian Dog Lovers isn't a massive operation with a glass front or anything. It is more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of setup. There’s always someone coming in or a phone ringing about something. The area around the temple gets crowded, especially on certain days, which makes parking a bit of a headache sometimes. But we make it work. Inside, it’s mostly just us trying to keep up with everything. There’s always a lot of cleaning and organizing to do. You can hear the sounds of the street all day long. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors. The focus is just on the daily tasks. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so the fans are always going. We have been in this neighborhood for a while and the people around here are used to seeing us. It’s a real place with real problems and real work happening every single day. Sometimes things are chaotic, but that is just the nature of what we do. We grab lunch when we can and just keep moving. It’s a simple life here on Sardar Patel Marg. It might not look like much to a stranger, but it's where we spend all our time.
