Vaishno Granite & Marbles

We are located at the 200Ft Bye Pass Circle on Ajmer Road in Heerapura. It is right across from the Heerapura Govt. School. The place is called Vaishno Granite & Marbles. We have big slabs of stone sitting out in the lot. It is a lot of heavy lifting here. The trucks come and go all day long. It gets very loud when the saws are running. We have dust on everything, even our lunch boxes. It is hard to keep anything clean in this business. We move the stones around with a crane. Sometimes the crane acts up and we have to fix it ourselves. My hands are always rough from handling the marble. We sit in a small office that has a tiny window looking out at the yard. We don't have fancy brochures. People just come in and look at the pieces we have on the ground. The sun is hot out by the bypass. We drink a lot of water. The school across the road gets out in the afternoon and then there are kids everywhere. We have to be careful with the trucks then. It is just a regular stone yard. We do the work and try to get home before it gets too dark. It is a simple life and we have been at this circle for a while now. Just us and the stones, day in and day out. That is how we live.
