About Angira Stone – Building & Construction Material in Jaipur
If you head down Ajmer Road and look for No. 30 in Keshav Nagar, you will find where we keep all the stone. We are near the Post Heerapura area, which is a spot that sees a lot of dust and heavy trucks throughout the week. Running Angira Stone is a heavy job, literally. We spend most of our time moving slabs and checking the inventory we have sitting out in the yard. It is not the kind of work where you stay clean for very long. By noon, most of us have dust on our shoes and dirt under our fingernails, but that is just part of working with natural materials. The office is small and mostly filled with bits of samples and paperwork that keeps track of where everything is going. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it is just us talking to people who stop by because they need something for a floor or a wall they are building nearby. The sun gets pretty hot out here on Ajmer Road, but we have a bit of shade where we sit during breaks. We’ve been at this location for a while, and the locals in Keshav Nagar know us as the stone people. It is a straightforward way to make a living, just dealing with the raw stuff that comes from the earth and making sure it gets where it needs to go.
