Vaishno Associates

We are located on the 1st Floor of Ganpati Plaza, which is right on M I Road. It’s a very famous spot, so most people don't have any trouble finding us. Vaishno Associates has been in this building at shop number 169 for a good while. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the lift every time we need to go out for a quick bit of work. M I Road is always packed with people and cars, so it’s never boring looking out toward the street from our window. Inside the office, things are pretty calm. We have a couple of desks and some old wooden cupboards for our files. We mostly deal with people who are looking for space around this part of town. Since Ganpati Plaza is such a landmark, we get a lot of people just walking in to ask questions about the shops nearby. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, the desk gets covered in maps and handwritten notes. We aren't fancy people; we just like to get the work done and go home to our families at the end of the day. Sometimes we sit and talk about the history of the buildings on M I Road while we wait for the next person to show up. It is a solid place to be, and we enjoy the rhythm of the plaza. Every morning starts the same way—unlocking the door, turning on the lights.
