Vaishali Printers Advertiser is over in Barkat Nagar at Plot No. A-3, right in the Adarsh Bazar area. We’re on Street No. 3, which is a busy little spot with plenty of other shops around. Our place is usually full of the sound of machines and the smell of fresh paper and ink. It’s a working print shop, so there are stacks of paper everywhere and boxes waiting to be picked up. We handle all sorts of printing and advertising jobs for the people in the bazaar and beyond. We don’t have a big fancy office, just a front counter and the workspace in the back. It can get pretty hectic when several people are waiting for their orders at once. We spend our time checking proofs, refilling ink, and making sure the cutters are sharp enough. The floor is rarely clean for long because of all the paper scraps, but that’s just part of the job. We have been here for a while and have seen the street change over the years. We know the other shop owners and often share a tea with them during the slow hours in the afternoon. It’s a busy, noisy, and sometimes messy life, but we like being right in the middle of the market. We don't do much promotion for ourselves; we just do the jobs that come through the door and hope people are happy with the results. Sometimes we stay until late at night just to finish a stack.
