Umang Stone International

Our office is over in Banipark, specifically at No. 403 in Sapphire Jagan Plaza along the Sms Highway and Tulsi Marg. It’s a busy area with a lot of traffic and people heading to work. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just looking at paperwork and talking on the phone all day. Umang Stone International deals with a lot of different types of stone, and since we are in an office building, the actual stone is usually kept elsewhere at the yards or being moved on trucks. We spend a lot of time coordinating between the quarries and the people who need the material for their building projects. It gets pretty hectic when multiple shipments are moving at the same time. There’s always someone calling about a delay or asking for a price on a specific type of sandstone or granite. We try to stay organized with our files, but the desk usually ends up covered in stone samples and shipping documents by the end of the week. It’s not a fancy setup, just a couple of computers and some chairs for when people come by to talk business. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and the neighbors in the plaza know us well. It’s just a regular office where we try to keep the stone trade moving smoothly.
