Ujjwal Granites Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Riico Industrial Area, specifically in the Third Phase in Mansarover. It is a busy place to be. There are factories and warehouses all around us. Our day is mostly filled with the sound of machines and the smell of wet stone. We handle a lot of granite here. It isn't the kind of job where you stay clean for very long. We focus on the daily tasks, like getting the slabs cut to the right size and making sure the polish is okay. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of advertisements. People usually find us because they need stone for a project and they heard we were in the Third Phase. The staff here is a mix of people who have been with us for a long time and some newer faces. We don't really do big meetings or corporate training. We just show the new guys how to handle the equipment and how to watch their feet around the heavy stuff. It’s a practical life. We drink a lot of tea to stay going, and we try to finish up before it gets too dark because the industrial area gets a bit lonely at night. We just do our work, keep our heads down, and try to make sure the orders are right. That is just how we operate every week.
