You can find Udbhav Vision Foundation at A-290 in Vaishali Nagar. This is a pretty well-known part of the city, and we have been operating from this address for a while. Our office is tucked away, so it’s not too noisy. We are a small team of friends and colleagues who wanted to do something useful. There is no formal hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where we can. Most mornings start with a quick chat about the day's tasks over some biscuits. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Our focus is really just on the projects we have going on. Vaishali Nagar is a good place to be because we are close to a lot of the people we work with. Sometimes the traffic outside is a nightmare, but we manage. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished reports. We just write down what we do and try to be honest about it. It’s a simple life. We have had our share of ups and downs, like any small group trying to make a difference. Some projects work out great and others take a lot of effort to even get off the ground. But we stay at it because we live here too. It’s our home and our work all mixed together in one place.
