Tm Stone Products Pvt. Ltd. is located up on the 6th floor of Sunny Mart in the New Atish Market area, right off the Gopalpura Bypass. It’s a bit different from a ground-level stone yard because we’re up in a commercial building. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of stone rather than just moving slabs around a dusty lot. The market downstairs is always buzzing with people and traffic, so getting into the building can be a bit of a chore some days. Up here, it’s a little quieter, though you can still hear the bypass traffic if the windows are open. We keep samples and talk to people about their projects, whether they’re doing a whole house or just a small renovation. Since we are in a more formal space, we try to keep things organized, but it’s still a working office with papers and samples everywhere. We’ve been in this spot for a while and seen the market grow around us. We don't do the big sales pitches you might expect. Instead, we just sit down with whoever walks in and look at what stones are available and what the timelines look like. It’s a lot of phone calls and coordinating with the transport guys. Sometimes the elevators in Sunny Mart are slow, but we’re usually here from morning until evening. It’s just us doing our job in a busy part of the city, trying to keep everything running.
