We’ve been here at 3389 Ninder Rao Ka Rasta for quite a while now. Most people find us through word of mouth around Chandpole Bazar. Dealing with piles isn't something anyone wants to talk about, so we keep things pretty straightforward when you walk in. It’s a busy part of the city, and our door is usually open for those who need us. We don't have fancy waiting rooms or a big front office staff. It's mostly just the basics here. The clinic is small, tucked away in the lanes, but we try to manage the crowd as it comes. Often, patients come from far away after hearing about us from a neighbor. We see a lot of the same families over the years. Some days are busier than others, especially in the mornings when the market starts waking up. We don't do much advertising because there's no real need for it in this neighborhood. Everyone knows the spot. If you're looking for us, just head down the rasta and you'll see the sign. It’s a simple setup, nothing more. We just focus on the work at hand and help whoever walks through that door. Life in Chandpole is fast, and we just fit into the daily rhythm here. There isn't a lot of mystery to what we do. We just keep the lights on and help folks get back to their day without too much fuss. It's just how we run things.
